
Walk Through & Design
First we schedule a walkthrough with you and discuss what you would like to do. If architectural plans are needed, you will hire such a person to have these drawn up. We will assist you in this process.
Cost Estimation & Budgeting
Second, we will estimate the costs of your project and discuss this with you. It is first advisable to have 20% or more than your estimated project and self-purchased materials (see below “Why Budge Higher”). Part of our estimate will handle the framing / molding, plumbing and electrical material (aka rough material). Your personal costs will consist of products you would choose: Flooring, Tile, Cabinets, Facets, and other hardware to have purchased and delivered.


Start of your project
After we’ve discussed the cost estimation and budgeting and your approval, our professionals can start working on your project.
Discuss the progress
We always try to offer the best services and quality. That’s why we only work with high-skilled professionals. During the process, we try to involve you as much as possible and keep you up to date about the progress of your project.


Completion of your project
When our professionals are finished with the project, we will evaluate the end result with you.
Insurance & Warranty
NBM Stands by their work. We offer a 1 year warranty per the state of New Jersey for New Homes, and we go further to ensure that anything that results in damage from out work, we will work with you in investigating, Identifying the problem, the cause of the problem and resolving the matter.
